Natural health and nutrition tips 🪷
Because health is the most important thing, I'll give you small everyday tips so that you can do something good for yourself:
• Take a bottle (approx. 0.5 - 1 L) and fill it up throughout the day with water that
you plan to drink up. This way your body gets enough liquid.
• Non-carbonated water is better for the stomach (it's even healthier & tastier with lemon 😊
• Food rich in protein quickly satisfies hunger and helps the body with
regeneration and growth processes. Please make sure that they are vegetable
proteins (e.g. oatmeal, bulgur, nuts, beans, seeds, whole grains, vegetables, fruit)
Animal proteins accelerate cell aging. Vegetable proteins can even stop/slow
down this process! (Animal proteins are okay to consume, but it should be cunsumed with awareness and plant proteins should be consumed more often)
• Take raw cocoa instead of regular cocoa. This is full of vegetable proteins and
contains no sugar
• Nature yoghurt contains lactic acid bacteria that make belly fat disappear
• Eat 5 portions of fruit & vegetables a day
• High-fiber foods support digestion and are good for the gut. (Berries, linseed, Oats,
Flaxseeds, Nuts, Quinoa, Apples, Cabbage)
• Be thankful for healthy, nutritious foods & enjoy them consciously (mindfulness
& gratitude)
• Organic green tea provides energy over a longer period of time than coffee,
without the caffeine shock. It also reduces the craving for sweets
• Bitter foods reduce the desire for sweets (e.g. dark chocolate) Stop your cravings for sweets
• Treat yourself to dark chocolate (at least 85% cocoa) instead of milk chocolate.
This contains very less sugar and releases serotonin, which makes you happy
• Consume antioxidants & unsaturated fatty acids: blueberries, green tea, salmon,
olives, olive/flaxseed oil, nuts, avocado, soy, flaxseed
• Nut butter contains omega 3 fatty acids
• Vegetable bowls: quick, easy, very healthy food
• Bananas release serotonin
• Try to move at least 30 minutes a day
• Get enough sleep (at least 6-8 hours)
• Enjoy fresh air
• Enjoy life in its variety and beauty
• Breathe consciously or pay attention to slow, calm breathing
• Enjoy the sunlight
• Treat yourself to rest and relaxation
• Love <3
• Love yourself with all your attributes
• Be thankful for health and maintain it by giving your body what it needs
• Go into nature, do a digital detox and read to do something good for your soul
• Follow your needs & feelings and don't suppress them
• Eat natural foods whenever possible
• Write down your thoughts to sort them (e.g. diary)
• Meditate to focus on body and mind, practice mindfulness, and reduce stress.
