Raw vegan chocolate cake

Sometimes we just want to eat something sweet. 
But in the supermarket, there are so many high processed sweet foods that harm our health, that it is worth it to be open for an alternative. 
And this is not difficult. Here is an easy recipe for an more healthy raw vegan chocolate cake. And you don´t even have to bake it. 🍰💕

Ingredients & preparation:

For the base:
-5 dates
-125 grams ground hazelnuts
-200 grams of cashew nuts
-20 ml soya milk 

Mix everything with a hand blender. The result should be a dry, spreadable dough.
Place this dough in a small tin.

For the topping:
-200 g cashew nuts
-100 grams dates
-200 ml coconut milk 
-50 grams dark chocolate (min. 85% chocolate)

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
Meanwhile, blend the cashews, dates and coconut milk with a hand blender until a cream forms.
Add the melted chocolate to this cream and stir until everything is a creamy mixture.

Pour the chocolate cream over the base mixture in the tin.
Place everything in the fridge for 2 hours and you're done.

  1. Hello, I am the roommate, and I can confirm that the cake is amazing and tastes great. It is actually as sweet as a cake with sugar, but this one is healthy and you can eat as much as you want!
